approaching God

The apostle Paul wrote to the Ephesians. Paul wished for everyone to know God’s wisdom. That meant the people must one day approach God. To get to know God’s wisdom. That could be a challenge.

Paul urged not to lose hope, even though Paul was suffering for those who had not yet found hope. He suggested to never lose what you have yet to find.

Find and keeping hope allows us to approach God so we may know God’s wisdom.

He wanted the rulers and authorities in the heavenly world to come to know his great wisdom. The church would make it known to them. That was God’s plan from the beginning. He has worked it out through Christ Jesus our Lord. Through him and through faith in him we can approach God. We can come to him freely. We can come without fear. So here is what I’m asking you to do. Don’t lose hope because I am suffering for you. It will lead to the time when God will give you his glory.

Paul wished to share God’s grace with us. Paul knew about the mystery of Christ. The mystery may be known through the Holy Spirit. Allow the Holy Spirit to work so we are able to know God’s wisdom and work. God works through us and knowing this helps us to know God’s wisdom. Answers may be within us that we might not know about. Keep hope alive. Hope to know God’s wisdom by approaching God.
